Help with Cardspark
Find help with your Cardspark account, ChatGPT connection, and card or market information. If the guidance below does not solve the problem, contact us and include enough detail for us to investigate safely.
Account and sign-in
Cardspark signs you in by email. If a sign-in link does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder, confirm that you entered the correct address, and request a fresh link. Use only the most recent link you receive.
If you can sign in but your account information is missing, tell us which email address you use for Cardspark and when you first noticed the issue. Never send us your password, one-time code, or sign-in link.
ChatGPT connections
You can review connections authorized to use Cardspark from your account page. If a connection is not behaving as expected, disconnect it, reconnect from ChatGPT, and retry the action.
Include the approximate time of the problem, the action you requested, and any error message when contacting us. Do not include private conversation content unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
Card and market data
Card identities, variants, prices, sales, and population data may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. If something looks wrong, send the card name, set, card number, variant or grade, and the value you expected to see. A screenshot can also help.
Cardspark provides reference information, not authentication, grading, appraisal, or financial advice. Independently verify important details before buying, selling, trading, grading, or insuring a card.
Privacy and account data
You may ask for a copy of your Cardspark account data, request a correction, or request deletion. Read our Privacy Policy for details about the information Cardspark processes and the choices available to you.

Email privacy@cardspark.app for Cardspark support and privacy requests. Include your account email, a short description of the issue, the steps that led to it, and the approximate date and time.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, sign-in links, API keys, payment details, or other secrets.
